Goals :
Provide technical support to Design Engineers/Project Managers
Manage one or more development phases of an elastomer-based solution
Missions :
Industrial design
Take part in the design of parts/test tools
Elaborate detailed drawings
Technical Assistance
Write test specifications and reports
Analyze and format test results
Identify, consult and act as technical interface with referenced manufacturers
Report regularly to project managers
Follow up on the production of development parts
Mock-up/prototyping
Develop and manufactures test models (3D printing, glued assemblies, etc...)
Mould test specimens/prototypes from the operating procedures communicated by the Methods department/the Materials division
Carry out mechanical tests to assist in the sizing of elastomer parts
Compile and update technical databases
Project monitoring
Coordinate the actions of the project team relating to projects for which he/she is responsible (industrialization, technical expertise on products, etc…)
Establish and ensure the monitoring of the planning of its projects
Ensure the monitoring of the dashboards (actions, etc...)
Trigger the project reviews for which he/she is responsible
Communicate with the customer
Quality
Respect and ensure compliance with the company's operating rules
Ensure compliance with the costs, quality and deadlines of the project
